Courtney is an independent consultant specializing in digital marketing, communications, and brand strategy.

 

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Courtney (she/her) is a consultant with more than 15 years of experience in digital brand building, communications, and strategy in the hospitality, consumer packaged goods, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. She’s launched digital campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, managed both for-profit and nonprofit partnerships, and helped build programs to provide wages to restaurant workers and meals for populations made vulnerable by Covid-19.

In addition to her digital marketing and communications expertise, Courtney is a passionate student of gastronomy and culinary studies on all levels. In 2014, she briefly relocated to Paris to secure her Basic Patisserie intensive certificate at Le Cordon Bleu, and subsequently continued her education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. In 2020, she served as a restaurant partnership lead at Off Their Plate, an entirely volunteer-staffed non-profit organization of folks partnering locally with minority female chefs to cook wholesome meals straight from the heart for people experiencing crisis.

in 2023 Courtney earned her a Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy at Boston University, and a Certificate in Nutrition Science for Communications Professionals from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts.
